These coffees have been chosen for their individual flavor characteristics and blended to create unique, satisfying and intriguing favors.
LaCoppa House Blend is a delicious, lively and flavorful medium- bodied coffee. A blend of Central American coffees produce its rich aroma and smooth, well-balanced, slightly nutty taste.
To celebrate our new Novato store we chose and joined some of the finest coffees from the Indonesian Islands for our Novato Blend. These coffees, including some of the best Sulawesi-Kalosi and Sumatra beans, create a full-bodied, earthy, aromatic drink with a lingering spicy note. Most of these beans are naturally processed by drying in the sun and heat of the Islands, bringing out their full-bodied and earthy characteristics.
This is a classic blend of beans from Yemen Mocha, and Java Estates. It's full-bodied, rich and spicy with a slight bittersweet chocolate taste.
La Donna’s complex blend of rich spices from Indonesia, floral overtones from Kenya and bittersweet chocolate nuances from Guatemala create an intriguing, sensational and satisfying flavor.
Mill Valley is a satisfying blend of the finest coffees from Central and South America, the Pacific and Africa. It is a full-bodied coffee with spice, chocolate and mocha notes.
This blend emphasizes the distinctive characteristics of each of it’s four component coffees, two from Africa, one from the Pacific and one from Central America. Together they create a rich, full bodied blend with bittersweet and citrus notes. The darkness of the roast falls in between our very popular La Donna Blend and our Italian Roast.

In the highlands of western Panama in the region known as Horqueta, nests the coffee finca La Berlina. This small farm has been producing coffee since the early 1920's. The coffee trees on La Berlina Estate are of the "criollo" variety, indigenous to the Horqueta region. For generations the coffee has been hand-picked and processed at La Berlina Estate's own small water powered mill. These sustainable methods, established more than eighty years ago, continue to produce coffee with a soft, velvety texture and a blackberry- like flavor.
